1. About Us
AASHRO CHARITABLE FOUNDATION is a charitable organization operating from B 45, RADHASWAMI SOC, Puna, SURAT, Gujarat, INDIA - 395010. We accept voluntary donations to support causes including food, education, healthcare, women & child support, shelter, disaster relief, and related social welfare activities.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a donation online.
- You confirm that funds used for donation are obtained lawfully.
- You agree to provide accurate personal and contact information at checkout.
3. Donations & Orders
- Each online donation creates an order with a unique Order ID for tracking and support.
- Amounts are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Minimum and maximum donation limits may apply as shown on the donation / checkout pages.
- Selecting a cause indicates preference; we may allocate funds to related charitable activities where necessary for operational effectiveness, consistent with our mission.
- Donations are generally voluntary contributions and not purchases of goods, unless expressly stated for a specific campaign.
4. Payments
- Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways over secure (HTTPS/SSL) connections.
- We do not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or net-banking passwords on our servers.
- A transaction is considered successful only after confirmation from the payment gateway.
- Failed, declined, or abandoned payments will not result in a completed donation; you may retry.
- You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected amount using your chosen payment method.
5. Pricing & Taxes
The amount you enter or select at checkout is the donation amount payable. Any applicable payment gateway fees charged by your bank/issuer are outside our control. Tax-benefit eligibility (if any) depends on applicable law and our registrations; please contact us for receipt / 80G related queries where applicable.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the payment system for money laundering, fraud, or unlawful purposes. We may refuse or cancel suspicious transactions and report them as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, and logo are owned by or licensed to AASHRO CHARITABLE FOUNDATION. You may not copy or reuse materials without prior written permission, except for personal non-commercial sharing of our public pages.
8. Disclaimer
Website content is provided for general information. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Charitable impact descriptions are illustrative of our programs and may evolve.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AASHRO CHARITABLE FOUNDATION shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or payment delays/failures caused by banks, networks, or payment gateways.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
