1. Scope
AASHRO Charitable Foundation primarily accepts online charitable donations. These are digital/financial contributions toward social welfare programs. As such, physical shipping of products is generally not applicable to standard donation transactions on this website.
2. What You Receive After Payment
- An on-screen payment confirmation / thank-you page
- An Order ID for your records
- Where email delivery succeeds, a confirmation / acknowledgement to the email provided at checkout
- Donation receipt / acknowledgement may be shared digitally upon request or as per our process
Digital confirmations are typically available immediately after successful payment gateway confirmation. Email delivery depends on your mail provider and spam filters.
3. No Physical Goods for Standard Donations
Unless a specific campaign expressly offers a physical acknowledgement item (for example, a certificate or token of appreciation), donations do not include shipment of goods. Address details collected at checkout are used for donor verification, communication, compliance, and receipt purposes — not for courier delivery of purchased merchandise.
4. Special / Campaign-Based Deliveries (If Any)
If a future campaign involves physical delivery (e.g., distribution of relief kits to beneficiaries, or a stated donor acknowledgement item), the following will apply and will be disclosed on that campaign page:
- Delivery timelines and serviceable locations
- Whether shipping charges apply
- Who the recipient is (donor vs. beneficiary)
Beneficiary relief distribution is an operational activity and is not a consumer e-commerce shipment to the donor.
5. International Donors
International donors may contribute online where the payment gateway supports their payment method. Confirmations remain digital. Cross-border banking rules of your issuer may apply.
6. Delays
Delays in email confirmation may occur due to technical issues, incorrect email entry, or gateway latency. Contact us with your Order ID if you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of a successful charge.
