1. Applicability
This website primarily facilitates charitable donations. Donations are not retail products; therefore, returns and exchanges are generally not applicable to completed donation transactions.
2. No Return of Donation Amount as “Product Return”
Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be “returned” or “exchanged” like a purchased good. Any request relating to reversing a payment is governed exclusively by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Physical Items (If Ever Offered)
If AASHRO Charitable Foundation ever offers a physical acknowledgement item or merchandise as part of a clearly disclosed campaign:
- Returns/exchanges will be accepted only if the item is damaged or incorrect as shipped, and reported within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence.
- Items must be unused and in original condition unless the defect is the reason for return.
- Change-of-mind returns may not be available for complimentary acknowledgement items.
- Exchange, replacement, or refund (if approved) will be communicated by our support team.
